Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is available to all employees who have been signed up for our Perks Plus or Perks Platinum employee benefit packages.
We have partnered with Telus Health (formerly LifeWorks) in providing our EAP to ensure our subscribers have access to support services round the clock.
To access your EAP you will need to download your wellbeing platform – Telus Health One.
Here’s our handy guide to do just that!
1. You will have received an email directly from Telus Health with your unique invite code
2. Head to your chosen app store and download the Telus Health One App
3. Click ‘Sign up’
4. From your email copy your invitation code & paste it here
5. Create your account
6. From here you can access lots of advice, toolkits & podcasts.
