1. PROMOTER

1.1. The Promoter of the Promotion is Live Like Loyalty Limited registered in England and Wales under company number 11966225

(referred to as “Live Like Loyalty”, “LLL”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be located in the United Kingdom (‘Applicable Region’).

2. THE PROMOTION & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Participation in the Promotion is limited to individuals based in the Applicable Region that make (“Eligible Introductions”) to Live Like Loyalty where introductions sign up more than 20 colleagues to any of our employee benefit packages. A prospective eligible introductions is a customer that:

1. Is a registered entity located in the Applicable Region;

2. Is not in the same group of companies as

  1. an existing active customer of LLL;
  2. the entity or any of its directors are not listed as a director or ultimate beneficial owner of an existing active customer of LLL;
  3. Is not a previous active customer of LLL; or
  4. has not previously been in discussions to negotiations or with LLL regarding the receipt of our services

2.2. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Individuals must send an introductory email to vicky@livelikeloyalty.co.uk.

2.3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

2.4 In order for an entry into the Promotion to be valid, the entry must be submitted by Eligible Individuals that are located in the same payment region as Eligible Introductions.

3. START AND END DATES

3.1. The period during which Eligible Introductions must sign up a minimum of 20 colleagues for an initial term of 12-months starts on the date upon which Eligible Individuals make the introduction and ends six (6) months after this date (“Qualification Period”).

4. THE PRIZE

4.1. Eligible Individuals that invite Eligible Introductions who meet LLL’s Verification requirements and who sign up a minimum of 20 colleagues to one of our benefits packages for an initial term of 12-months before the end of the Qualification Period will be entitled to receive a £100.00 voucher from the Promoter. The Eligible Individual can choose a from one (1) of our independent partners from where they would like their voucher for, thirty days after the first qualifying payment is processed by the Eligible Introduction.

4.2. Eligible Individuals are liable for any tax consequences of the receipt of the Prize, and we accept no liability to Eligible Individuals in relation thereto.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Promotion or receipt of the Prize.

6. GENERAL

6.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

6.2. Eligible Individuals and Eligible Introductions in the Promotion are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

6.3. These Terms and Conditions (and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes relating or connected to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
